Qualifications
An Undergraduate degree in Reliability Engineering or a similar discipline
Duties
- Under direct supervision, the employee should be able to apply reliability engineering skills to the development and improvement of HES products and services.
- Actively participate in the development of design specifications and the design of reliability analysis.
- Assist in analyzing supplied data.
- Assist in performing reliability tests on designed projects.
- Assist in developing training materials and communicating with external consultants in the development of new reliability materials
- Be able to apply project management skills in executing projects.
- Assist in selecting and developing preferred reliability components.
- Abide by the HSE guidelines and initiatives while promoting HES’s quality directives.
- Execute jobs effectively and correctly.
- Have a positive impact on cost containment, efficiency, profitability and operations.
